 GROWING SEASON

2021 will be remembered as an extreme vintage and one of the best of recent years. Pronounced drought conditions resulted in lower yields combined with mild spring and summer conditions, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly and providing a unique concentration of aromas and flavors while keeping high acidities. Perfectly balanced, the wines are a true glimpse of this unique vintage –
concentrated and lively at the same time.
