Complex and full bodied red wine vinegar produced from our Cabernet Sauvignon wine.
Cask-aged in small oak barrels, our red wine vinegar is crafted using the Methode d’Orleans, which helps to retain the vibrant flavors of our Cabernet Sauvignon. Named for a small town in France, Methode d’Orlean is a process dating back to the Middle Ages. Wine vinegar is carefully moved from one barrel to the next with the liquid reducing over time and concentrating the flavors.
